All service charges must be fully paid before or upon collection.

Identification Requirements for international shipment (sender/receiver):
• UK/USA/China: International passport, driver’s license, national ID.
• Nigeria: International passport, NIN, voter’s card, or driver’s license.
Responsibilities
• Provide accurate delivery address and contact information.
• Be available for pickup or delivery at the agreed time.
• Storage fees apply if the item is not picked up within 7 days
Complaints & Disputes
• Report complaints within 48 hours of delivery.
