Service Use

  1. Overview Logistics provides comprehensive logistics services within the stated delivery window, and import/export services, subject to availability and agreed terms
  2. All packages must arrive at all warehouses in the UK, USA, and China to qualify and facilitate import processing and dispatch within the stated delivery window.
  3. All packages designated for global export must be delivered to our offices.

Prohibited Items

We do not accept or ship the following items under any circumstances: firearms or ammunition, a flammable substance that contains alcohol, knives or sharp weapons, illegal substances, physical cash, real gold, or other precious metals.

Packaging Requirements

All items must be securely and appropriately packaged. We reserve the right to reject any shipment that is poorly sealed, improperly packed, or deemed unsafe for transit.

 

Electronic & High-Value Items

  1. For all electronic devices and high-value items (e.g., iPhones, laptops, tablets, AirPods Max, etc.):
  2.  The original purchase receipt must be attached to the package.
  3.  The name on the receipt must match the shipping name.

Failure to comply may result in shipment delays, refusal, or return.
Return shipments will attract a fee to the customer and package will be returned to the original sender’s address.

Liability

Overview Logistics shall not be held liable for any loss or damage during transit. The item’s value must be properly declared.

Volumetric Weight Policy

Shipping costs are determined using the higher weight of the following, by international freight standards:

  1.  Actual (scale) weight.
  2. . Dimensional (volumetric) weight.

Payment Terms

  1. All service charges must be fully paid before or upon collection.
  2.  Shipments not collected within the stipulated timeframe may incur demurrage fees.

Claims and Complaints

Any claims or complaints regarding delivery, loss, or damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with appropriate supporting documentation (e.g., proof of value, photos, receipts, etc).

Right to Refuse Service

Overview Logistics reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or return any shipment that:

  1. Violates these Terms and Conditions
  2. Does not comply with local or international shipping laws
  3. May compromise the safety of personnel, equipment, or other shipments
